A.    Refund Policies:

1. Tuition and fees are established in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) and are due and payable in full on the day of course commencement.  A student may not attend class unless all tuition and fees have been paid.
2. In case of school closure prior to the commencement of a course, our school will refund in full the course fee collected to pupils within 3 working days.
3. If a course cannot be operated according to the arrangements specified in the fee receipts and pupils decline the revised arrangements offered by our school, our school will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to pupils as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the pupils have requested for the refund.
4. If a course cannot be operated on the date or at the time specified in the course leaflet and pupils decline the revised arrangements offered by our school, our school will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to pupils as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the pupils have requested for the refund.
5. In case of cessation of a course after its commencement, our school will refund to pupils the course fee collected on a pro-rata basis as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the cessation of the course.
6. Whatever the reason for withdrawing or changing classes, the school office must be notified in writing.
7. The school would consider whether the pupil can adapt to the new class, whether the new class can help him/her with his/her development and whether there is any vacancy in class before accepting the application of transfer of class. For courses for parents and adults, the school would consider whether the applicant meets the course requirement and whether there is any vacancy in class before accepting the application of transfer of class. Since each class has different class size and progress, applicants would be placed in the queue. If the application is successful, the school will call and inform of applicants of the success of changing to a new class. Applicants without any notice from school are required to go to the original class. The school reserves the right to remove the student status of the applicants if he or she transfers to the other class without the consent of the school. HKD$100 will be charged as administrative fee for each application.

i.)  Parent Education Courses or Adult Education Courses / Infinity Infants (Observation class)

10% of the course fee or not less than HKD$100 will be charged as administrative fees if you submit the withdrawal form or send us a notifying email 14 days before class begins. 50% of the course fee will be charged if you submit the withdrawal form or send us a notifying email 7 days before class begins. The full amount of the course fee will be forfeited if we do not receive a 7-day notice before the class begins.

ii.) Infinity Infants (Growing with the Child)

Security money (equivalent to a month’s tuition) will be collected when the child starts attending our programme.  You will receive a full refund if you submit the withdrawal form or send us a notifying email 1 month before class begins.  The full amount of the course fee will be forfeited if we do not receive a 1-month notice before class begins.

B.    Refund Procedures:
1.    Our school will inform pupils of the refund arrangement either over the telephone or in writing. For pupils aged below 18, their parents or guardians can proceed with the refund procedures on behalf of the pupils.
2.    Our school will refund pupils in accordance with the above policies.
3.    When processing the refund, our school will not take away the original fee receipts. Upon receipt of the refund, pupils or parents should sign to acknowledge the receipt.
4.    Our school will pay the refund by cheque.
